Brock Whiston

Hi, my name is Brock Whiston. I am a Great British Para Swimmer, six-time world record holder, and four-time world champion. I have hemiplegia, which affects the left side of my body.

I am honoured to be a Patron of This Girl's Ability.  Growing up as a female with disabilities was a challenge at times, and I didn't have any other friends with impairments.  Seeing the opportunities that This Girl's Ability is planning to give to people is indescribable. To meet people with similar impairments and learn about how they do things, make new friends and gain opportunities to help grow, and most importantly, to have a safe environment and to belong.

I'm honoured to be able to be on this incredible journey, and I can't wait to help everyone achieve everything they want and more.

This girl has more ability than she knows!!!
